Accessibility

Clarity is an accessibility feature.

The interface is designed mobile first with predictable controls, readable type, generous touch targets and a single primary task at each stage.

Any live adult self-check remains conditional on completed original-item, evidence, human approval, claims, scoring-test, privacy and supported-market gates. It will not use a third-party instrument licence.

Designed for different access needs

The target standard is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Critical actions should work by keyboard and screen reader, with clear labels, visible focus and meaningful status announcements.

Self-check interaction

An approved adult self-check will use one exact platform-owned question per screen, stable Back and Continue controls, accessible progress, no timer, no auto-advancing answer and no motion-dependent meaning.

Feedback

A privacy-limited support route will help with access, payment and deletion controls without requesting answers, report screenshots, symptoms or identity documents.
