What the self-check does not collect
The public adult self-check does not request a name, email address, phone number, date of birth, postal address, profile, social login, demographic data, free text or precise location.
Self-check answers and inferred domain profiles are treated as sensitive health-related information. The V2.2 design minimises collection and separates assessment data from generic payment information.

A random assessment session, recovery code, download and immediate deletion control replace an end-user account. A lost code can be unrecoverable by design because the platform does not know who you are.
Self-check, paywall, checkout return, report and recovery routes exclude advertising pixels, audience tools, session replay and heatmaps. Answers, Match labels, scores, recovery codes and payment identity must not appear in URLs, analytics, public storage or support logs.
