1. Triage the reported issue
We record the page, claim, source, date and potential impact. A material safety or evidence issue can lead to immediate temporary withdrawal while it is reviewed.
Corrections and changes
Public health information should be accountable when it changes.
Neuro Trait Test records substantive content changes, corrections and review status for its source-led adult overviews. It does not hide material changes behind a refreshed date.
To report a factual concern, do not include private self-check answers, reports, recovery codes or identifying information. Use the support route with the page URL, the statement you are querying and the source you believe should be considered.

2. Check the evidence and scope
We compare the affected statement against the relevant current source, page boundary and review record. A qualified reviewer is recorded where the issue requires one.
3. Publish the outcome
Material changes receive a dated entry in the relevant record. We correct, clarify, withdraw or retain content with a reason rather than silently changing a health claim.
